Owner, Nurse Injector

Elyce grew up in Bay View, attended Thomas More High School, and now resides in Menomonee Falls with her husband and three children. She attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, receiving her BSN in Nursing in 2008, and started her nursing career at Froedtert Hospital. Elyce has been a part of the aesthetic community since 2014. She values a natural aesthetic and loves to make people feel refreshed and beautiful. Her number one priority is patient care and safety. She began her grad school journey in August of 2024, and is expected to graduate from Concordia University with her Nurse Practitioner degree in 2027.

Nurse Practitioner

Tory is a nurse practitioner with over 15 years of medical experience. She started in the medical field very young as a CNA for 4 years, and then graduated as an RN in 2009 where she worked as a cardiac nurse for 5 years. She graduated from Concordia University of Wisconsin in 2015 with her Masters and Nurse Practitioner degree. She has worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2016 and truly enjoys patient care. Tory has experience in providing aesthetic services such as injectables and laser treatments. Tory currently resides in Mukwonago with her four children, her husband, and two dogs.

Medical Director

Dr. Lucas Boehm, a Wisconsin native, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained plastic surgeon. His practice focuses on aesthetic surgery of the face, nose, breast, and body with a special interest in rhinoplasty, skin health, and facial aging. He is in constant pursuit of perfection, always working to ensure no detail is overlooked. Dr. Boehm enjoys getting to know his patients and taking the time to understand exactly their aesthetic goals.
